1.Our Core Design Principles
Focus on practicality, visual aesthetics and manufacturability, align with the PCB layout, ensure the appearance design matches the product positioning, and the structural design balances firmness and assembly convenience.
(1) Appearance Design
• Shape Design: Simple and elegant, suitable for the product positioning, no sharp edges, ergonomic, comfortable to hold and place, corresponding to the PCB interface position.
• Color Matching: Unified and coordinated color scheme, suitable for the aesthetic of the target group, no messy color matching, surface treatment (matte/glossy) in line with the product usage scenario to enhance texture.
• Detail Design: Reasonable layout of interfaces and buttons, clear identification, no redundant decorations, balancing beauty and practicality, and matching the internal PCB layout.
(2)Structural Design
• Internal Structure: Reserve sufficient space to fit the PCB size, no interference between components, adopt reasonable fixing methods to avoid loosening during use, and align with the SMT/THT assembly process.
• Protection Structure: Design basic protection according to the product scenario, and add structural reinforcement for industrial products to ensure stability.
• Assembly Adaptation: Simplified structural design for easy assembly, no complex structures, reducing production difficulty, and accurately corresponding to the PCB interface and component positions.
